30-Day Return Policy
We want you to love your jewelry! If you're not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be in original condition with all tags attached
- Include original packaging and certificate (if applicable)
- Not be custom or personalized items
- Not be final sale items (marked as such at purchase)
How to Return
- Contact us at returns@albestatejewlery.com with your order number
- We'll provide a prepaid return shipping label
- Pack item securely in original packaging
- Ship via provided label
- Refund processed within 5-7 business days of receipt
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange items for a different size or style. Contact us to arrange an exchange - we'll cover the shipping both ways!
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or personalized jewelry
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
